8 U.S.C. § 1451(a) — Revocation of Naturalization “It shall be the duty of the United States attorneys … to institute proceedings … for the purpose of revoking and setting aside the order admitting such person to citizenship and canceling the certificate of naturalization on the ground that such order and certificate of naturalization were illegally procured or were procured by concealment of a material fact or by willful misrepresentation.” 8 U.S.C. § 1451(c) Allows denaturalization following a criminal conviction under naturalization fraud statutes (see below). 18 U.S.C. § 1425 — Procurement of Citizenship Unlawfully This is the criminal companion statute. Criminalizes knowingly procuring naturalization contrary to law, including by false statements. 8 U.S.C. §§ 1182 & 1424 — defining disqualifying conduct and affiliations 8 U.S.C. § 1182(a)(3) — Security and terrorism grounds 8 U.S.C. § 1182(a)(2) — Serious criminal conduct All the Somalis are committing crimes or are here fraudulently. All of them. I don't care what you believe. There has been billions stolen from taxpayers. There is reason to believe they're terrorists. Rounding up 20 million people wouldn't be easy. Revoking these people's citizenships will be. Also 20m estimates are LOW. Very LOW. There are probably around a hundred million people in the United States that shouldn't be here.

Dude read the law you posted carefully. The fraud that can lead to denaturalization has to be related to the process that gave you the citizenship. Not fraud or crime unrelated to the citizenship process. Again facts not feelings. Trump tried revoking the citizenship of people caught lying in their citizenship applications in his first term and lost. Trump deported a Bosnian Serb for not disclosing his military service in his citizenship application process. The man was deported back to Serbia before the Supreme Court could hear his case. The Supreme Court ruled in the man’s favor and ordered the Trump admin return the man and give him his citizenship back. image
