Do note that we are publishing to the relay.nostr.net and the entries that show up on the lookup are tagged with a client tag so other entries and spam will not show. Source code is at
https://github.com/bitkarrot/thelookup, Feel free to rehash it anyway you like for your custom micro paywall'd directory. Its an easy 1-click to Vercel or any other host, and you set your moderator preferences in the environment variables in the admin panel
We also added the ability to moderate listings using a list of npubs on the client side, so if you are looking to create a small directory (for example all yoga and meditation biz on nostr) have a relay you can use someone else's relay. It might load bit slow to load, just be warned.
