You’re right about everything. Goodwill will eventually triumph over evil. But it won’t eradicate it, and evil will triumph once again. And so on. Nothing has changed in thousands of years; will humanity evolve? Yes, but this process takes way more than a few thousand years. I think the best way is to identify where in the cycle we are and act accordingly.

Most religious/spiritual texts agree that we’re in a shit cycle now, but I think it’s quite obvious to an attentive observer.
