But it makes it illegal at the economic viable scale.
I have transformed about 20 hactares from forest to pasture/silvopasture and couldnt have done it economically next year.

Yeah it's some bullshit that's for sure.
It's ludicrous to not be allowed to benefit from the resources grown on your land.
