Testing new onboarding approach. Giving NFC card with some sats on it as a tip. It’s reusable. You don’t loose the sats until receiver accepts them. Almost any lighting wallet can be used. Ecash would work too, but it’s not yet that adopted so I keep using LNURLw. image

I've just ordered NTAG216 white cards. Made this simple design and stickers. Than tag amount available on the card.. Then create withdrawal link (LNURLw) and record it on the card with prefix `lightning`. I might prepare them if there is significant interest.
I like this except LNURLw is such an awkward way to withdraw sats because most wallets I’ve seen make you scan the QR using the “send” button because you’re sending a request to the node to pay your invoice. It’s weird.

Scan is frequently independent on send/receive. And here you don’t need to do any of that. You just tap the card to phone and it opens your lightning wallet on screen where you just click on `Accept`… What do you think that would work better than LNURLw? BOLT12 and ecash aren’t that established yet.
