I stopped the video when he said “Leverage”. First bit is good enough — gotta stay humble.
I'm thinking saylor mentioned as incorruptible in the epstein files is a form of patting him on the back. the more people directed into their custody, the better it is for their system of control
Yeah, it seems many took his advice. Now their grandpas are asking for the money back…
I don't know... For a normie, this is how a scam sounds like. 😂 I know I'm an idiot, I understand that he's a big ass bitcoiner, but it's not for me. I'll stack according to my possibilities and we'll see.
Quite a few leveraged strategies to accumulate btc. If there was a way for it to be held in a more custodial manner, would these companies be allowed to buy?
I own over 10x more bitcoin than MSTR it will still be the largest company by MCap by 2040. that doesn’t mean the MSTR price will outperform bitcoin price, although it is definitely possible.
I’m not sure I worded what I said correctly and I don’t want you to misinterpret what I was says… this as not a jab at you… but a jab at the general population that only buys stocks still… As far as I’m concerned until mstr provides proof of holdings we all own more bitcoin then they do…
there is definitely custody risk, management risk, equity risk, nationalization risk. however, if bitcoin does what we think it will do I’m not sure how you can make the argument that this company will not be worth trillions of dollars. no one is catching their stack, no one. No treasury company, no operating business in a hyperbitcoinized economy, probably most central banks and sovereigns will never ever catch him. I have to own a piece of that business. NFA
The whole point is you don’t need to buy any company’s shitcoin stock… all you need to do is buy bitcoin… I don’t give a shit about the fiat worth of a company whose products I have no use for… His company produces no value to me…
I don’t need to buy his stock, but I took on additional risk because I believe I can get a return in BTC denominated terms. If you don’t believe you can, then don’t buy the stock. Investing will not change on a bitcoin standard, only the unit of account.

This talk was pure ponzi energy..
you are misunderstanding. people and businesses can still be productive and produce bitcoin denominated returns, that’s not “yield”. Operating businesses will still exist on a bitcoin standard. some will be profitable, some won’t. MSTR has been profitable in bitcoin terms since they started their treasury. One share of MSTR has more bitcoin exposure than in 2020 because his operations have been profitable in bitcoin terms. If I run a business and it costs me 50BTC but I make 60 BTC, I was profitable in bitcoin terms. that’s not yield, it’s profitable business operations. this will still exist on a bitcoin standard.
you yourself have a business. are you profitable? if so, does that mean you ended the month with more bitcoin than you started *because* of your business operations? is that yield, or bitcoin denominated profit?
I think our issue here is that we’re looking at the same fiat system from 2 completely different viewpoints… I think yours maybe (correct me if I’m wrong) a view of needing to use it to acquire more bitcoin as fast as possible… Where mine is I don’t need to acquire more bitcoin as fast as possible and I see the system as using the general population to acquire as much bitcoin as fast as possibly…
all I am talking about is changing your unit of account from USD to BTC. Businesses can and will do this as well, MSTR is one of the first to do it publicly. When evaluating a business you typically look at their earnings per share in USD, instead all I’m doing is looking at earnings per share in BTC. Most businesses are not profitable when you change your unit of account to BTC, MSTR is actually profitable in BTC terms. That’s all I’m saying, in the future when we make investments we will be looking at bitcoin denominated cash flows which is not the same as a company offering BTC yield. I concede that Saylor often has poor choices of words but his company is operating on a bitcoin standard and trying to produce profit in bitcoin terms. Most people do not understand how equities work and shouldn’t have to, which is why it’s great that you can just buy bitcoin and theoretically not have to worry about money debasement and try to invest in things you don’t understand.
