No, I did not. I reacted. I don't want Shitcoins in an app I rely on. If it's just a link to do swaps as I said below then your newsletter over sold the feature. If it's just a link then the core functionality is not impacted. Thanks for letting me know. I'll look into it before I make a decision.

this is my concern too. pointing to an external swap is ok if really necessary, but if core functionality is at all integrated with shitcoinery, it's inherently poisoned. I know alby has a history of taking a hard stance against shitcoins so I'm not concerned, at least until I see a reason to be

I stopped using Coinbase years ago because they supported Shitcoins, but I use Gemini for bitcoin back on credit card purchases. I know many Bitcoin Maxis that do this. I guess we determined that this use case out weighed the downsides to supporting them. I'll need to see this for myself.
