Sounds like you need a VPN housed in another country.
Yea all the Tanzania internet providers had that issue.
Only if the internet provider was housed outside of Tanzania was working
It was weird
Tried proton and Norton.
Every time I turned on the vpn the internet on the device would cut until I deleted the VPN.
Today it’s working again.
Tanzanians and Cameroonians engaged in the same fight. Different country, same playbook.

I'm actually quite concerned about that. I wonder if the same would have happened if you'd tried tor browser, or brave with tor on.
