Don't see anything unusual on our end. To troubleshoot, could you please provide a reproducible issue, like "every time I do ______ then it doesn't work"... that gives us something to test....

Thanks. I just zapped both of them from a rizful address without issue. It's entirely possible that you are having connectivity issues. Have you done a speed test recently or checked your internet connection?

I was able to zap them from my primal wallet. I don't think I have speed issues, everything is running normally.

ok good... the trick is to catch this immediately after it happens like... "I just, within the last 5 minutes, was able to send sats from ___ wallet to __ address, but NOT from rizful". The Lightning Network can be tricky and there can totally be "transient" problems where there is an issue with a route for 30 seconds, and then it's fine again.... this is what makes troubleshooting tricky!
