We’re talking about appstores not nostr in general. With multiple tor hidden relays and a desktop client that does this would work just fine. I imagine it would be insanely frustrating for the feds. I suspect non-tor public relay operators would be forced to censor those kinds if selling drugs in nostr got popular

It’s important to note, there is a big difference between discussing the normal operation of Nostr, handling the bulk of its messages, normie onboarding, etc. and using its most resistant characteristics in the case of state attack, etc. I believe Will is speaking about the normie layer that is what most people see and use (App Stores, public relays, etc)
