If that is your threat model then source the parts and build a SeedSigner. Or get an old laptop and rip out the wifi and bluetooth.

SeedSigner basically just helps users who are willing to put in a little work build a hardened, single-purpose, inexpensive offline device that is specifically intended for creating and using private keys. 👍
