That, or just add a passphrase you memorize and carry the seed plain text in two parts.. As always with every aspect of Bitcoin security it’s trade offs all the way down.. Personally I like redundancy, so def two distributed copies .. for example in your suggestion above, I’d give someone else (or at least bury somewhere) the part you carry (obviously not the same person you gave the last X words to :) And yes, for sure burn the seed once funds are moved when you get where you’re going
