I can’t imagine what cranberry sauce would taste like in ramen.

It's not a traditional cranberry sauce. It's sweet and savory with a bit of heat.

Broth is made from a turkey. The breasts is marinated very Asian style, same with the eggs. The cranberry sauce is kind of a sweet and savory thing. It's got some ginger and Thai chilies in there. charred Brussels are baked in sesame oil.

Sounds delicious.
