I did the same.... but the opposite...
At 10pm I was in bed.....fall asleep, then woke up 3.33, 4.44, 5.55 and could not go to sleep again. 🙅♀️ I usually sleep at least 8 to 9h....
This is the way. You have inspired me to do the same.
