It is probably antisemitic to genocide Palestinians in that there is probably at least 1 Jewish Palestinian.
I have no idea if that second thing is antisemitic.
The third thing might be antisemitic. Saying "early Europe" is so vague, it's kinda like you're pretending Hitler had more of a point than he did, rather than referring to the past 80 years where Jewish people had more control given to them post-WW2.
