it was a pragmatic choice. they were forced to plead guilty. it was a choice between taking a stand and getting a much, much longer sentence.

Is not about "what if" is about why he plead guilkty. And no matter what we say or dio here, it doesn't matter. He plead guilty and that say a lot.
The state will not always win if:
- you stand your ground and know what are you doing and how to defend properly (if you really are not guilty)
- you never play their arrangements...
