And if that's the case, then it's perfectly reasonable to assume that it's the same reason that the rest of them aren't talking either.
And people can yell about how that shouldn't be assumed, but there's a really easy way to fix it.

The game theory is wait until the DoJ is done releasing the evidence of everything you, uh, totally didn't do.

Does the mob stop pressing when they get an apology? Would Luke and Matt Kratter and the mob behind them actually back down, if they got a clear explanation or apology from Back and Jeremy Ruben or Bryan Bishop? Would the tech press suddenly stop ragging on bitcoin as GoyGold?
