I have to say... I like the idea of a low flush toilet. I mean, I like the idea of my exports becoming someone else's problem through the magic of plumbing. But I don't like the TOILET of a low flush toilet. It leaves a lot of toileting out of the trying to be a toilet.

My mother was one of three sisters. She passed a couple years back. Her older sister just passed a couple days ago. I am heading out that way to go to the funeral. And my cousin asked if I would be a pall bearer. The older I get, the more I understand that if we're lucky in this life, we must see a lot of death. And I'm a bit of a soft-hearted soul, so I feel it deeply. I was not even very close to my aunt. But still I feel her loss very strongly. When I go, I will be able to stay with the youngest of the three sisters while I am there. There is beauty in the pain.
