From what I have read, Start9 is more tightly integrated, but to me the interface was always clunky. I kept going with it bc of the pain of switching. Then, after the drive crash, I decided why not? Umbrel has a slicker UI and, from what I've seen so far, its integration with the available apps seems pretty good.
