Is that your sarcastic take on what happened or his words? I'm not closely following this topic but I've seen a boat being blown up and outside of wars that would account to murder regardless of your assumption of somebody - especially outside your territory - being a drug trafficker or even a terrorist. Why put quotes around "murder". Also ... are you using LLMs to write your takes?
