Why else would his victory cause Union government employees to go to prison? Or profitable arrangements to end?

It’s not the reality of that occurring I don’t think. I’m not sure how much of that will even occur.
It’s more like, career criminals may keep their cool, but less experienced may do crazy things out of fear
