1+2 I believe we could have user created filters over the newsfeed. These filters could be shareable in the community. For example. If I'm a dog freak. I make a filter based on user follows, keywords etc. I share with everyone out there. Anyone can decide to use or not. Maybe the filter creator can charge a few sats. Don't know. But the concept of shareable filters is a way to have a transparent 'view' of the global feed.

Shareable filters of the global feed. Take a bunch of user defined params (user accounts, keywords, hashtags, media types, date etc) and allow the user to filter out the noise of global to hone in on specific topics. These topics can be shared/followed/saved and modified etc between users. Its transparent and not algo based. I think it gives power to the user to decide. Of course some will create and some will just use the filtered topic. That's OK too.
