When my npub gets rugged you would still know the new npubs is me because the formstr domain will point to it. That is what the nip05 is for. Not for stupid twitter style check marks.

You just want to be obtuse so I will ignore the harshness.
Yes, it is only for those that recognize my domain. Similarly we will know it's jack Dorsey's new npub if the cashapp or block domain points to it.
That’s assuming that DNS is a good anchor of trust.
Might as well start posting from another npub and verify your identity by proving yourself to some known member of the community through dms or oob.
