I guess it depends on what fiatjaf envisions for it.
if public, i'd see it as an implementation to already existing clients, with a transcription + translation solution

I have a friend who made a similar app in iOS a few years back (minus the nostr part). It didn’t really take off for him but it was and interesting concept.
