AI, Automation, and company consolidation.
Most jobs in the current market are pointless middle managers, and yes men that just kiss ass.
HR Departments, excel spreadsheet makers, and hot women that are product managers.
I'd say half of the economy is basically a propped up bubble funded by endless consumer spending but now the credit cards are maxed out.
