Soft boiled egg = 7 min 20 seconds in boiling water then put in a bowl of cold water (supposed to be ice water but who has time for that?). Once the egg is out of the water throw your noodles in and do your normal business. When ramen is done just take a spoon and cut the soft-boiled egg in half and scoop whatever you can in one scoop of each half. Too much work to peel these things.
