There is no such thing as a Bitcoin company. A Company is anchored in the State and is ultimately a branch of the State.
Bitcoin and Company are diametrically opposed. Only one can survive (at least in the form that we understand them today).

Private property is not a branch of the state
If you have to register said property, it sort of is part of the State. It's "yours" with the State's permission.
