Invoke meaning do the process. It's not easy to get 60% of a state population in one place. The whole procedure or processes to the procedures of ballot is designed to be next to impossible for the public to invoke because if they could then the government has to adheer by law. But you are right they could break constitutional law how would the domino effect of that react? We will have to one day see & find out. This procedure all it does is force a law into a courtroom. Theres no voting it's an argument that the law is a danger to the public & either needs to be removed or changed. When it gets to the courtroom stage the people have a lot more leeway to argue something is a danger to the public. Only there everything said in court has to be considered & just can't be claimed as petty rhetoric. It also puts the media spotlight on the gov if we ever invoked it properly believe me the US would be on international news & the pressure would be on. Think about what may look worse for them if it got to that stage? Only one way to find out lets pick a state law or federal law & discuss about going about it.

Have I been played? This has never happened before so we really don't know do we? It feels like freedom & rights don't exist I can understand why. About 90% of the world does not understand law that's why lawyers make big bucks spending their lifetime studying. Could you imagine what the world would be like if 90% understood exactly how the law works? I think we might be in a better place. Truth be told our most educated sit behind the scenes appoint some loudmouth as a front face mascot & shield for all the shit. They make it look like the worlds ran by average person with lots of money & the people you don't see are the smartest & brightest the country has to offer as an administration team. I wish more people understood law because antifa people would be in the courtroom advocating for the rest of the public. Instead of the indoctrination by the governments that only rioting & public anarchy is the solution to everything. I do agree however that the most unreasonable people in power today like Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk, Bill Gates & the other tech leaders should all be put to death & labeled as traitors of this country. I am a firm believer in kill the unreasonable. There are some people who are just too far gone that their death is an answer. But that's not for one person to decide.
