Whether _you_ interpret/decode the data, will not be the relevant criterion for the people who may be looking for the easiest way to sabotage/illegalize Bitcoin. The criterion will rather be how easy it is for a user with some app to display a large variety of such content by merely tapping 2-3 buttons.
