For real though, it's amusing how many manage to delude themselves into thinking they've got any additional privacy just by using proton for mail, and maybe even a vpn, while still browsing the web with their Chrome browser on their Google/Apple phone while logging into Facebook and TikTok etc.

Or logging into pretty much anything with third-party cookies enabled. Use a VPN with third-party trackers for a year, then log into YouTube or Amazon, and the last year of “anonymous” tracking cookies are instantly connected to a real identity.
