you know... this means that I could teach my future generations my crafts.
this never crossed my mind. wow, this is an epiphany moment for me.
I like it when I take notes and past me can remind present me how I did something once upon a time. Now imagine that past me can teach future me, in the form of my offspring or even offsprings' offspring how to spin long draw on a supported spindle or how to knit a hat.
I've always been on the fence about recording video of my craft but this might be the meaningful reason that I need to do so.
If you put out some voice and video content, you can be preserved in humanoid form long after you’re gone.
Not sure who’d want that, buts it’s an interesting thought.
Imagine “you” are still around 100 years later and your family interacts with “you” as if you were always there. By then, the lifelike quality will likely be insanely good.
