If you put out some voice and video content, you can be preserved in humanoid form long after you’re gone. Not sure who’d want that, buts it’s an interesting thought. Imagine “you” are still around 100 years later and your family interacts with “you” as if you were always there. By then, the lifelike quality will likely be insanely good.

And if you capture enough of your personality, thoughts, ideas and values, then you can stay on script 🤣

If consciousness is universal and you are just “attuned” to this body, maybe you can be attuned to another 🤷‍♂️

There are many reports of people describing a feeling of being a part of something greater and feeling like “one” with everything when they have out of body or other meditative, psychedelic or religious experiences. This could suggest consciousness is a field we tune our antennas (our bodies / brain) to. So maybe if one body is gone, you could somehow eventually tap into this field and regain consciousness of your previous senses and experiences. That would require some insane tech though and advancements in so many areas.
It definitely sounds comforting. Maybe the advanced tech and other people's experience will show us how it really is.

I could teach my great great great grandchildren how to knit? yes, that's a wonderful idea.
