The PSU they supplied failed after 2 months and they're not responding to my emails. Don't suppose you could recommend me a reliable (but basic) PSU that I could pick up on Amazon? I'm not looking to overclock.

What’s leading you to believe the PSU failed? Are you getting a PSU Error? That is an error that displays on the screen that can mean many things. I bought an Alitove 12v PSU to replace it and everything's been fine since then. No more errors. The miner's even stopped overheating.
