Effectively all this is transformed into dust. Therefore: - spam should always be avoided Which leads us to think that it is spam. Spam is everything that Bitcoin was not created for. And second: You have to create layer 2 solutions if or if, because we know that bitcoin is not scalable given the blockchain trilemma. And therefore if Bitcoin gains in adoption we will reach the point of paying 1000 dollars for a transaction with or without spam.

This is something that worries me personally. Many people have tried to save at least small amounts (e.g. DCA)
