Similar to 1934 compared to today? Just looking at the life expectancy piece of it, when they first rolled out a 30 year mortgage you were expected to die when you were 60. Now a 50 year mortgage, what is the life expectancy 89 years from now?
I mean yes just look around how many 80 year olds we have 🤷🏽♀️ my mom is 70 still going strong
Right that’s what I mean. It seems relative to future life expectancy.
Also they keep raising the retirement age. These guys never want to let you go.
