Winter is definitely here and the urge to go skiing is high. But I’m ok with taking it easy for now and for very good reason.

My wife ran every other day with number 6 until she was almost eight months pregnant.
My daughter, number 6, is now 20 YO and is the biggest jock in the family.
Understand the reluctance. Skiing is bit more intense than running. There is Nordic Skiing. My wife did some of that too.
This being #1, it's OK to take it easy.
