Trataria de no darle mucha cabeza, sabiendo que no todos los dΓas son iguales y que debo mantener mi tranquilidad mental.
Take a deep breath, reset the mindset, laugh, cry, laugh again, ask what’s the best thing that can happen to me today? (Repeat as many times as needed)
Breathe πŸ™ Specifically, count of 4 in, hold for 7, out for 8. Repeat until you feel calm and relaxed, can be a minute, can be 5 mins, depending on the stress level to start. The technique basically switches one from sympathetic to parasympathetic nervous system.. then you can think clearly again and decide how to proceed .. And remember to give thanks for ten things that are going right (including your breath πŸ’œ)

I think in taking refuge in family and friends, trying to see the problems from the outside and tackling one tiny thing at a time.
I down a glass of courage and a shot of Thorazine… And then way up the next day and keep moving forward. #99waystodie
Dude I get it. My role was eliminated at Amazon. All I can do now is stay focused on looking for new opportunities and keep moving forward.
Go for a walk and gaze at the horizon and zoom out. Will it still be a big deal a year from now?

Zoom out to about 1000 miles altitude and look down at this beautiful green and blue marble turning before you. Your problems will feel much less significant. The world keeps trucking along, and so will you. πŸ€™πŸ½πŸ™πŸ½πŸ«‚
Think about how blessed I am and all the people around the world struggling under far worse conditions, the resilience and perseverance of others humbles me and gives me hope for the future of humanity.
Also exercise. Harness the negative energy and channel it into positive physical action. The more attention the exercise requires the better. Hiking is good because you gotta pay attention to the ground as you walk and anything that gets you outside is good.

Pause. Image sitting at a bench with trains going by in front of me. The trains are all the thoughts and feelings etc that have built up, but they pass. I’m still there and when I can feel and think clearly, I go on.

Breathe in, breathe out. Laugh at the chaos. Eat something good. Touch grass. Block out the noise. Try again tomorrow.

Sometimes talking to someone helps, other times, I just need silence
β€œWhat can I control right now?” Instead of dwelling on what’s going wrong, I focus on something small I can improve
Ask yourself: Will this matter in a week, a month, or a year? Most problems feel bigger in the moment than they actually are.
If the day is a loss, don’t dwell on it. Do something positive before bed (read, meditate, or watch something uplifting) to set a better tone for tomorrow.
