Capital gains incurred over a century ago will still be taxed in Sweden when the asset is sold
This means whatever you buy today that u intend to hand down to your heirs, u r also forcing a tax debt onto unborn children at the same time
The system is broken & #bitcoin fixes it

How exactly is Bitcoin fixing governments overreach/abuse ?
I think it is a tool that can be used to try and correct/fix/starve Governments or makes it easier to move to a better jurisdiction ?
Agree it will not stop overreach to tax physical property. It will allow people to hand down savings without corresponding tax burden. If my heirs receive 12 words and are living in an abusive tax regime, they simply move to a regime that treats them best. Bitcoin ownership (knowing) has no borders.
" will allow people to hand down savings without corresponding tax burden"
How did you got to that conclusion ?
If not yet, they will probably also tax Bitcoin.
Not paying taxes if 'demanded' on Bitcoin is the 'same' as not paying taxes on anything else 'demanded'.
Rules are only as good as governments ability to enforce them.
How is tax enforcement implemented in practice on an asset where the government cannot prove ownership?
One doesn't change overreach by lauching as long as they are not being caught.
They force you to be going dark with your money, how are your kids gonna spend it on something usefull like a house ?
I understand your basic reaction.
Me myself only came to these insights a few years ago.
And still by no way is there an easy solution.
But freedom never was nor will ever be for free.
There will never be any shortage of attempts to steal your property and time.
The only thing that matters is if you have the technology to resist these attempts at theft.
Jurisdictional arbitrage will be helpful here if you find yourself in an aggressive regime.
