Bitchat will fail if the discovery of people stays like it is. Upper geo-hashes need to see the people from lower hashes

Be patient. Bitchat probably can't fail because any failing version of it will be overshadowed by a better version
we've been there and it's not as easy as you make it sound. think it through and explain exactly how it's supposed to work.
