Ok so i believe it was jack mallers the created the lightning network with some other guy. Fiatjeff is his name he made the nostr protocol
Someone came along and meshed both protocols together and we have zaps. Zaps was Will i think.

Yeah, all that was implemented when they wrote the code For the zaps part. I remember when we didn't have that. I think it was @jb55 that worked all that out.
