Healthy eaters and wannabes! I need your help!
1. In the goal of sound health, and eating healthy, do you consider almost always cooking for yourself and family reasonable?
A: Yes
B: No
2. What is the amount of food tracking that would be acceptable by you to track your nutrition score (nutrition intake is in good range)?
A: Once per day 10-20 minutes in the evening to log foods from memory. (Low accuracy)
B: Once per batching 5-10 minutes. (You batch make your meal for more days, and log for more days, when you make them.) (High accuracy)
C: 20-30 minutes per week building a full weekly meal plan, and then just making and eating that without measuring individually. (Mid accuracy)
