I feel like coding with Claude is great because it actually solves a problem. Trying to write with chatgpt just leads to endless possibilities of reformulation.

In the latest versions of GPT I got the feeling that it's doing the whole reformulation thing and repetitive re-summarising of already stated points on purpose. It literally kills free usage of GPT - past (maybe) three short conversations and will also reach monthly - plan based caps - rather fast as well. Sometimes it even feels like you're talking to GPT 3 again based on the walls of useless text the model keeps throwing at you
I rarely have that problem with codex 🤷♂️
so true. I'm not a great writer but at this pace I might as well write it myself. gpt is just a text machine
