The division you see is a direct result of cultural Marxist indoctrination that has been growing in education in America since the 60s. The DEI, SEL, CSE, CRT, etc., are all designed to generated revolutionary energy in people, especially younger kids
Back in the 60s when the hippie and civil rights movements didn't turn into the revolution they wanted, the Marxist leaders realized they needed to do the "long march through they institutions"
The phrase "long march through the institutions" was coined by Rudi Dutschke, a West German student movement leader, around 1967.
He formulated the concept as a strategy for achieving radical social change by gradually infiltrating and transforming key societal institutions such as universities, schools, media, and the civil service.
Dutschke described revolution not as a sudden event but as a long, complex process of changing people's consciousness through systematic action within these institutions.
DEI is about getting people that sympathize with them into leadership positions in institutions.
And that's just the beginning of how they work.
