Anyone else find the Hobbit movies more engaging than Lord of the Rings or is it just me?

Not just you, sometimes I feel the same! The Hobbit is a bit lighter and more adventurous, makes it easy to get into 😄
They're alower paced so have more time to get intonthe emotion of the characters. Not that they fully succeed there but it does give that more engaging feel.
