You know.... as a biology student, I discovered out that the splitting of animals into different species was often an arbitrary exercise.
Ornithologists, for example, will use very slight differences within bird populations to separate individuals into different species.
Mammaligists are more reserved.
Using an ornithologists rules, humans would indeed be split into several species based on our differences.
