I personally am going to build a locked one for my family that's kid friendly.
Only authorized accounts will be able to use it and the only content it will have is whatever I curate for them.
Once I know the inns and outs I'll open it to close friends and then to their friends etc. I have not decided how wide the levels will go though. I'm only one person 😅
I like your idea as is, the most popular relays seem to be stirfry but honestly whichever is easiest for you to maintain will be the best option. Heck, mine is currently running on windows until I find something easier to maintain and so forth.
