If there is a metric within Web-of-Trust that can be calculated by apps, it should be surfaced and normalized.

Not sure. Suggestions on what you would do? Some sort of a score?
I think a score based on a weighted average of explicitly followed high-trust relays would be a solid start. It moves beyond passive followership and measures active, decentralized curation.
WoT Score = \sum (\text{Trust Level} \times \text{Relay Quality})
This metric could tell you not just how many people follow you, but how many trusted communities have vouched for you.
I'm not sure either. Would have to evaluate the type of data Web of Trust allows for.
Coracle does a good job of it last I checked but it’s been a while. Also the dev is a based Christian dad from Idaho
