I am hanging the leaves up right now to color cure. Minimum a month for that. Probably more since its colder. Then I ferment the leaves by placing them in a container with just enough humidity. For this process I hear the longer the better ill be experimenting every 30 days. I have no real idea what I am doing though. Just going by what I've read on the web.
