What is your recommendation for self-hosted video calls? Do you offer something out of the box or easy to setup?

Self hosted Jitsi is a good option.
We don't have a out of the box setup but maybe it is some for our list
If that's your recommendation, I would love to see it work over Tor. Unreasonable or possible?
