Here's your Christmas present, #Nostr. Life can be very hard. Experiences can traumatize. Sometimes it feels like we're just hanging on. You need tools. I recommend every pleb familiarize themselves with low-dose #lithium. My experience is that it greatly reduces the inescapable low lows one can feel when enduring a long streak of suffering. Many simply feel better with a low, nutritional dose of #lithium, from a couple hundred micrograms up to about 5mg a day. #Lithium is an essential mineral that used to be in the water and our food. Some people have a higher ancestral need for #lithium. Areas with high amounts of #lithium have lower crime. Start out with a drop of sublingual lithium chloride, and reflect how you feel. Gradually increase: 1 drop AM+PM, 2 drops, etc... At 10 drops you might consider switching to lithium orotate capsules (starting at 1mg) in order to experiment with doses from 1mg-5mg a day. This tool can save your life or a loved ones life. It greatly enhances your ability to suffer extreme stress. If someone is having a hard time coping, introduce them to nutritional lithium. Interesting. Thanks for going down a new rabbit hole. When I first saw your post my only thought was about the lithium given to people as an antipsychotic, but I assume that's a different compound at higher doses. I generally try to get all my nutrients through whole foods whenever I can. Do you know of any foods that contain what you've been supplementing?

Trader Joes in my area stocks the Gerolsteiner sparkling water, which that link says has the highest lithium content
Lol, Canada don't allow it over the counter. Gonna have to order some in
The castor oil rec was useful. Ill check out lithium. Taurine and glycine has been great for clarity and calmness
